• Professional information — Georgia real estate license number and agency affiliation submitted through our Agent Partner application.
• Communications — messages, emails, and other correspondence you send us directly.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, clicks, and navigation patterns collected through standard web analytics tools.
• Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Location data — approximate geographic location inferred from your IP address, or precise location if you grant permission through your browser.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources such as public property records, address verification services, or referral partners who introduce you to our services.

• Process and manage applications for the Investor Portal, Agent Partner Program, Lender Partner Program, and Referral Program

• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights and safety of ARS and its users

How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platforms and delivering our services — including email delivery, data hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by ARS and to maintain appropriate security standards.

Partner Network

If you submit an inquiry or application related to our Agent, Lender, or Investor partner programs, we may share relevant information with vetted partners within that program for the purpose of facilitating the intended connection or transaction.

Title Companies and Closing Agents

When a real estate transaction proceeds to closing, we share necessary information with the title company and closing agent handling the transaction.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ARS, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of ARS’s assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent notice on our platform.

• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for legal and tax compliance.
• Investor Portal account data is retained for the duration of active access and up to three (3) years after deactivation.
• Referral program records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following payment.
• Marketing and inquiry data is retained until you opt out or request deletion.

When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt-out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us
