These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alpha Realty Solutions, LLC. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Alpha Realty Solutions, LLC is a Georgia-based real estate solutions company that purchases residential and commercial properties directly from sellers, connects buyers and investors with available properties, and facilitates partnerships with licensed real estate agents and lending professionals.
ARS is not a licensed real estate brokerage. ARS is not a licensed mortgage broker, lender, or financial advisor. Nothing on our platforms constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should always consult with a licensed professional before making real estate or financial decisions.
ARS operates across the state of Georgia with a primary focus on the Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding counties.

ARS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice or liability.
To use ARS services, you must:
For Investor Portal access, eligibility is additionally subject to ARS’s internal vetting and approval process. ARS reserves the right to deny, revoke, or suspend portal access at its sole discretion.
For Agent Partner participation, eligibility requires holding an active, valid Georgia real estate license in good standing with the Georgia Real Estate Commission at all times during the partnership.
When you submit a property address or request a cash offer through any ARS platform, you understand and agree to the following:
Submitting a request does not obligate ARS to make an offer, and receipt of an offer does not obligate you to accept it. Any offer made is preliminary and subject to property inspection, title review, and final internal approval by ARS.
ARS does not charge sellers any fees to receive a cash offer, conduct a property review, or complete a transaction. If any person or entity claiming to represent ARS requests payment prior to closing, do not pay and contact us immediately at legal@alpharesols.com.
All ARS real estate transactions are closed through a licensed title company. ARS will never request that funds be wired directly to ARS or any individual outside of the title company’s escrow process.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed purchase agreement, all properties are purchased in their current condition. ARS does not require sellers to make repairs, stage the property, or pay commissions or closing costs.
Important: Offer prices are determined by ARS based on market data, property condition, and other factors. ARS does not guarantee any specific offer amount and reserves the right to adjust or withdraw any offer prior to execution of a binding purchase agreement.
Access to the ARS Investor Portal is available only to individuals and entities that have completed the investor intake process and received written approval from ARS. By accessing the Investor Portal, you agree to the following:
All property data, pricing, seller information, investment projections, and deal terms made available through the Investor Portal are confidential and proprietary to ARS. You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of ARS.
Investment data provided in the portal — including ARV estimates, rehab cost estimates, cap rates, rental income projections, and comparable sales — are provided for informational purposes only. ARS makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any investment data. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any offer or investment decision.
Submitting an offer through the Investor Portal constitutes an expression of interest only and is not a binding purchase agreement. A transaction is only binding upon execution of a written purchase and sale agreement signed by both parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials. You agree to notify ARS immediately at support@alpharesols.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ARS may refer buyers, sellers, or investors to agents in its network based on market knowledge, availability, and client fit. ARS makes no guarantee of the volume, frequency, or quality of referrals. All referrals are made at ARS’s sole discretion. Agents remain independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own conduct, licensing compliance, and representation of clients.
Agent partnerships do not create an employment, joint venture, or brokerage relationship between ARS and the agent. ARS is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not supervise agent activities.
ARS may refer borrowers to lenders in its network based on loan type, deal characteristics, and availability. Lender matching is a referral service only. ARS does not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, terms, or funding timelines. All lending decisions are made exclusively by the respective lender. ARS is not a licensed mortgage broker and does not participate in the loan origination process.
By participating in the partner programs, agents and lenders agree that ARS may share their contact information and professional details with clients seeking their respective services.
ARS offers a referral program that compensates individuals who refer property sellers that result in a completed cash purchase transaction. The following terms apply:

ARS reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to its platforms for any user who violates these conduct standards, with or without notice.
All content on ARS platforms — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, data, tools, and software — is the property of Alpha Realty Solutions, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ARS content without the prior written permission of ARS, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
The ARS name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of Alpha Realty Solutions, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ARS trademarks, trade names, or branding without explicit written authorization.
ARS provides its platforms and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ARS does not warrant that:
Real estate investment involves significant risk. Past results do not guarantee future performance. ARS makes no representation regarding investment returns, property appreciation, rental income, or any other financial outcome. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult licensed professionals before making any real estate or investment decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Realty Solutions, LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of ARS platforms or services, including but not limited to:
In no event shall ARS’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of ARS services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ARS in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, ARS’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alpha Realty Solutions, LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of or related to:

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact ARS at legal@alpharesols.com and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. You agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days before proceeding to arbitration.
If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Atlanta, Georgia, or virtually if both parties agree.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between ARS and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there shall be no right or authority for any claim to be arbitrated or resolved on a class basis or in any consolidated or representative proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration. Claims involving real property title, deed disputes, or matters governed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission are not subject to arbitration and shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 14 shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
ARS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ARS platforms or services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of ARS platforms and services.
